Roka Executive Team

Kimberley Abbott
Whilst studying engineering at UOW, Kimberley went to India to volunteer through the 40K Globe program in July 2012. During her time in India, she took on the challenge to help change the lives of people living in quarry communities in rural Bangalore, through which Roka was born. Utilising her engineering skills, Kimberley works closely on product development. She currently works full-time as an engineer.

Janek Gonsalkorale
A freelance film maker and editor with a penchance for business, Janek was part of the Knowledge Works Global Business Concept Challenge team for Roka, which placed 2nd out of 14 teams in this international competition. While studying a BA of Communication and International Studies at UTS, Janek has volunteered on the ground in India, and was a Team Leader on the 40K Globe trip in July 2013.

Paridhi Jain
With a flair for business and economics, Paridhi is passionate about social change through enterpreneurship. After taking Roka to the Knowledgeworks Global Business Concept Challenge in the USA, Paridhi has become a key business strategist for Roka. Having studied a double degree in Business and Law, Paridhi hopes to start up her own company in the future.

Natalia Krslovic
With a passion for foreign cultures and social change, Natalia is a student and writer. She was part of the Knowledge Works Global Business Concept Challenge Roka team, and brings exceptional marketing and business skills to Roka. Studying a BA in Communication and in International Studies, Natalia is looking forward to leading a team of students who are undertaking the Roka Project as part of the 40K Globe trip in December 2013.

Conchita de Souza
Conchita's volunteer stint in India with the 40K Globe trip changed her life, and had dedicated her time as a 40K Globe team leader to provide other students with similar experience. She was the team manager and member of the Knowledge Works Global Business Concept Challenge Roka team. An Arts/Law graduate, Conchita hopes to utilize her French language skills through working for the United Nations in the future.
